Communications and Engagement Manager


EY is seeking a Communications and Engagement Manager to lead the communication of a business transformation project in our Central, Eastern and Southeastern Europe & Central Asia (CESA) Region. The project is a globally-integrated solution and will involve adopting standardized business processes and introduce new ways of working.

The CE Manager will:

  • Be part of the Regional Project Change Management Team
  • Work together with the Regional Change Management Leader to develop and execute the communications plan for EY Partners and Staff
  • Identify stakeholders, message sponsors and communications channels following Brand, Marketing and Communications protocols and governance
  • Define key messages to be communicated to identified stakeholder groups
  • Deliver key messages regarding Deployment, Cutover and Go-Live following the communications plan
  • Work closely with the Change Management Lead to align communications with the overall Deployment journey and Change Management focus areas
  • Proactively contribute ideas, seek input, share information and cross-check work of others to facilitate the swift creation and delivery of key deployment messages
  • Establish a consistent approach to communications by providing key stakeholders with principles of communications, tools and reporting templates

To qualify for the role you must have

  • 3+ years of communications and engagement experience
  • Proven experience with managing projects
  • Fluent English, native-English speaker level (both spoken and written)
  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent level of study)

Ideally, you’ll also have

  • Flexibility to work in a virtual environment
  • Academic background in Marketing and/or Communications
