Our Operations & Business Services team at EY Consulting is looking for an experienced finance professional from the business services sector to join their growing practice.
Our clients are business services centers of different sizes, industries and functions. We guide them through all aspects of their transformation journey, whether it is finance function design and implementation, migration and optimization of processes, or digitalization and intelligent automation.
We welcome applications from driven finance professionals with experience in transition of processes and an understanding of SSC environment.
Must and nice-to-haves:
- 4-5 years working experience at a Shared Service Center/Centre of Excellence/BPO
- Practical knowledge of financial processes within an SSC (preferably in GL/FP&A)
- Transition management experience
- Degree in Economics/Finance/Accounting or similar
- Fluent in Czech and English
- German working proficiency significant advantage
- Experience with internal process improvement initiatives welcome
- Knowledge of project management methodologies is welcome
- Strong computer literacy, advanced usage of MS Office and MS Project and several ERP systems (SAP knowledge is advantage)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, a team player and a client focused mindset
