Regional Brand, Marketing & Communications Manager

Responsibilities:

As a Marketing Manager you will work with the Service Line stakeholders (Strategy and Transactions + Assurance divisions) as well as the regional Brand, Marketing & Communications team to help deliver internal and external communications projects in the CESA Region. You will drive the production of regional internal communications for our professionals to ensure their engagement with business priorities, initiatives, and news (including leadership messages, newsletters, webcasts, presentations, videos, news articles, internal websites). Further, you will drive the production of regional CESA marketing campaigns for strategic solutions (including branded materials, thought leadership/brochures, social media posts, web content, press releases, SharePoint sites).

Strategy and Transactions:

Internal communications

  • Leadership videos (bi-annually) – write the script, coordinate filming, and editing
  • Newsletters (quarterly) – prepare agenda, request and gather content, write and edit content, arrange to format
  • Webcasts (quarterly) – book webcast, coordinate with webcast team, write and format invitations and follow-up email, train presenters, edit and format presentations, prepare Q&As
  • News articles (ad hoc) – write/edit, format
  • SharePoint sites (ad hoc) – set up, populate, maintain
  • Special campaigns (ad hoc) – prepare communications using all relevant channels including presentations for use in face-to-face meetings

External communications

  • CESA marketing campaigns for strategic solutions – manage the production of branded materials and thought leadership/brochures; write social media, web content and press releases; prepare SharePoint site
  • Organization of regional events/webinars
  • CESA/EMEIA/Global marketing campaigns – cascade as relevant to country BMC contacts
  • Join Global/EMEIA calls – follow up as relevant

Assurance

Internal communications

  • Assurance Leader emails (bi-annually) – gather input, write and edit
  • Assurance Talent Leader emails (monthly) - gather input, write and edit
  • Newsletters (quarterly - TBC) – prepare agenda, request and gather content, write and edit content, arrange to format
  • Special campaigns (ad hoc) – prepare communications using all relevant channels including presentations for use in face-to-face meetings

External communications

  • CESA marketing campaigns for strategic solutions – manage the production of branded materials and thought leadership/brochures; write social media, web content and press releases; prepare SharePoint site
  • Organization of regional events/webinars
  • CESA/EMEIA/Global marketing campaigns – cascade as relevant to country BMC contacts
  • Join Global/EMEIA calls – follow up as relevant

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, together with the ability to work collaboratively
  • Fluent in English
  • Attention to detail and prioritization to meet deadlines
  • Creative and logical thinker with a ‘can-do’ attitude
  • High professional and ethical standards for handling confidential information
  • Pro-active and highly motivated
  • Computer literate (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent level of study)
